My wife and I visited Zaxby's in Huntersville, NC in late May 2019. Our first time, since there are no Zaxby's in AZ. We "thought" we ordered ONE 4-piece chicken fingers dinner to split and instead we got TWO 4-piece chicken-finger dinners, at double the cost. Didn't realize it until too late. Also, their "special" Zaxby's dipping sauce is nothing to write home about.

Service as so fast, my ckicken sandwich was a whole piece of grilled chicken that overflowed the bun. It had tomatoes n lettuce. Darrell had the tenders. And he loved it.

Chicken sandwich was very good. The ice cold onion rings not so much. If you wait for a fresh hot sandwich it shouldnt be difficult to serve hot side of rings too.

We had Zaxby’s in Huntersville, NC cater our son’s Eagle Scout reception. They were wonderful. They delivered the food on time and even helped us set up. I am so thankful for everything they did for us. I would definitely use them again. The food was delicious too.

The food is great, but the staff at this location really set it apart. I've always been greeted with smiles and they're all incredibly nice. They're also very quick and I can usually get my order in less than five minutes.
